Healthy Grub was created by Michelle Gonsalves. Michelle has been, a chef for the past 20 years has traveled the world discovering new and exciting recipes and foods. After returning from Europe whilst working as a personal chef Michelle discovered her passion for specialty diets and her idea of food changed. It’s not about the fancy little dishes you make to taste good and look good, lots of people struggle everyday finding food they can eat without it hurting or upsetting their bodies.
