Booking Policy

A booking form must be completed to attend our Class.

If full payment has not been received 3 days prior to the event, your booking may cancel.

Must book any Birthday parties or events a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.

50% deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure the booking.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required 3 days prior to the class.

Bookings are confirmed once your full payment is processed. All full payment bookings are to be made online through the website.

Any payment plans for Term classes are to be made through internet banking, with a 50% deposit and weekly payments after that.

Internet payment: When submitting payment on-line, the child’s full name

must be included in the reference section to avoid any confusion.

Cancellation Policy

If the class has not reached the minimum number of children 3 days prior to class start date and final numbers have been advised, a 50% refund is given.

If you need to cancel a booked event for whatever reason, we will work with you to reschedule to another date.

If you cancel your booking 48hr before the event, there may be a fee for the food items purchased.

Please contact us as soon as you know you need to reschedule the event.

If a class is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of Healthy Grub, Healthy Grub is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may incur.

Food allergies

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any allergies, illness or reactions from any food served or prepared during our event.

Each person booking a class is responsible for advising us of any food allergies that your guests may

have.

Release of liability

When participating in a Healthy Grub event, where by the children will be around or using potentially dangerous tools suitable to a kitchen environment, the children release,

indemnifies and excludes Michelle Gonsalves, Healthy Grub and its employees from any and all liability of any kind for any damage or injury incurred while attending a Healthy Grub Class.

The children understand these terms and conditions and accepts the inherent risks of a kitchen environment when they make a full payment for a Class.

Healthy Grub is not responsible for the child safety prior to or after a class.

Damage/loss of personal property

Healthy Grub will take all necessary care, but accepts no responsibility for the damage to or loss of

property left in the venue prior to, during or after a class.

Healthy Grub is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items in any form.

Menu
