Raw Energy Bars

1 tin White cannelloni Bean

100g Dates

¼ cup sunflower seeds

¼ cup pumpkin seeds

½ cup Chia seeds

1 ½ cups shredded coconut.

1tbsp cup coconut oil

½ cup Golden Flax meal

½ cup cranberries

2 Tbsp. Rice Malt syrup or honey or maple syrup

½ cup coconut sugar

1 tsp Macca powder.

Method

*Mix all ingredients together in a blender.

* Place in a lined tray with baking paper

* Press mixture out into tray Set in fridge for 20mins (overnight is better)

* when set cut into small, square pieces.
